The Collector

The Collector is an important feature in Harvest where players can sell their crops, forageables, and prepared food (from cooking) for credits. When placed in the collector, players will automatically be awarded credits based on the item's value. Here's everything you need to know about the Collector:
Using the Collector
To use the Collector, players simply need to place their crops, forageables, or prepared food into the Collector. Once the item has been placed, players will automatically receive their share of the item's value in credits. This share is determined by the Shareholders System, which takes into account each player's contribution to the item's growth or preparation.
Collector Capacity
The Collector has a maximum amount of value it can process before it closes for the day. This means that once the Collector has reached its daily limit, players will no longer be able to sell any more items until the next day. If players have any surplus items, they can store them in the Pantry or the refrigerator in the farm house, and then put them in the Collector the next day.
Increasing the Collector Capacity
Players can increase the Collector's capacity by purchasing Farm Upgrades from the construction office in town. These upgrades will increase the maximum value that the Collector can process each day, allowing players to sell more items and earn more credits.
| Farm Upgrade Level | Collector Capacity |
|---|---|
| Base Farm | 100 credits |
| Farm Level 2 | 200 credits |
| Farm Level 3 | 300 credits |
| Farm Level 4 | 500 credits |
The Collector is an important source of credits for players in Harvest, and is essential for advancing through the game. By using the Collector wisely, and purchasing Farm Upgrades to increase its capacity, players can maximize their earnings and become successful farmers in no time.
